To place your order, start by browsing our floral arrangements or workshops, then add your chosen item to the cart. When you're ready, review your basket, head to checkout, and enter your details. After you choose your payment method and confirm, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Need a hand? Just reach out.

Dont worry, we will initially ask a neighbour if they are willing to take in the flowers and leave a card for the recipient to say we called and where the flowers were left. If there isn't anyone around our driver will bring it back to the workshop and we will try again later in the day or contact the original contact to check if the person is going to be home.

We try to take photos of each arrangement however during busy times this is extremely difficult, if you would like to see a photo please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

At Simply Blooms, we want every bouquet to last . If your flowers wilt earlier than they should, please get in touch with us straight away. We’ll ask for a quick photo so we can see what’s happened, and then we’ll put it right — whether that’s a replacement, an adjustment, or another solution that feels fair.Fresh flowers are natural and can occasionally behave unpredictably, but your experience matters to us. We always handle concerns with kindness, honesty, and a genuine desire to make sure you’re happy.
